STEM Camp
This hands-on camp introduces young learners to the exciting world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math through play-based activities that spark creativity and curiosity.
What They’ll Learn:
Science: Explore the wonders of nature with simple experiments like making a baking soda volcano, observing how plants grow, and learning about animals and their habitats.
Technology: Discover how everyday devices work through hands-on exploration with items like flashlights, magnifying glasses, and simple mechanical toys.
Engineering: Build bridges, towers, and other structures using blocks, LEGO, or recycled materials, all while learning problem-solving skills.
Math: Practice counting, shapes, patterns, and measurements through games, puzzles, and crafts.
Camp Dates: August 26-28 from 1pm-4pm
For children who are potty trained to 7 years old.
CAMP COST: $140 + TAX
$25 NONREFUNDABLE* REGISTRATION FEE DUE AT BOOKING. CAMP FEE OF $140 WILL BE DUE AT THE BEGINNING OF CAMP MONTH. WE WILL INVOICE YOU AT THAT TIME. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CHILD FROM CAMP.
*$25 registration fee may only be refundable in the case that Play Date cancels the camp due to not meeting the minimum number of registrants.
If the minimum number of children are not enrolled, the class will be canceled and refunds will be given.

Important Camp Info
-Free month of membership w/ camp purchase (the month of the camp)
-Snack is included for every camp. Campers need to bring their own water. Kindergarten Camp kids need to bring their own bagged lunch.
-Kids must be potty trained. For the preschool camp, parents must stay if kids are not potty trained.
-We suggest having kids wear clothes they can get messy in.
-Each camp requires at least 5 campers to run. We will notify families at least 1 week in advance if we need to cancel. Full cost of camp ($25 registration fee included) will be refunded in the event that Play Date cancels a camp.
-If customers need to cancel, they must submit a written request to email hello@playdatemn.com by May 15 to receive a full refund. If it is after May 15th, no refund will be given but we will provide a credit to use at Play Date. In the event of a customer canceling, the $25 registration fee will NOT be refunded.
